The team you will be a part of
The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
This role in summary
Support execution of our People Excellence strategy by providing consultation to People Leaders and, by executing key projects to enable the BU strategy, leveraged by technology and HR tools.
Your responsibilities will include
Advise and coach People Leaders for inquiry and issue resolution (tickets)
Executes key strategic projects as assigned in a broad range of areas, as prioritized by the Business Unit
Execute HR processes and provide program support
Support HR annual processes and activity cycles through partnerships with the COE and Business HR. These process includes: Talent Assessment, Development and Engagement for example
Partner with Business HR to identify and deliver HR projects that will enable key business unit results
Identify, develop, and drive process improvements through data analytics, feeding into the other HR areas
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of professional work experience
Project management experience
Advance English
Preferred skills and experiences
