The Automation Department oversees the comprehensive automation framework of our manufacturing facilities, driving forward the Industry 4.0 transformation. This team is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation technologies and ensuring seamless integration across our production environments.

Resumo desta função

As the Analyst, Engineering (Automation Team), you'll lead the deployment of state-of-the-art robotics, advanced vision systems, AGVs, error-proofing technologies, and streamlined data collection applications. You'll work closely with suppliers to integrate solutions smoothly, actively involve all team members in solving operational challenges, and stay ahead of the curve in bringing innovative ideas to every project.

Suas responsabilidades incluirão

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of robotics, vision systems, AGVs, error-proofing solutions, and data collection applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute efficient project plans.

  • Foster supplier relationships and oversee the integration of technologies into operational processes.

  • Proactively identify operational challenges and lead problem-solving initiatives.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during deployments.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones effectively.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

    • 5 years - The candidate must have demonstrable experience and expertise in implementing robotics, vision systems, AGVs, error-proofing technologies, and data collection applications in an industrial or operational setting. Practical knowledge of integrating these technologies into existing systems is crucial;
  • +5 years of experience on robotic systems from manufacturers such as Fanuc, ABB, and KUKA;

  • +5 years of project management experience focused on automation using vision systems, PLCs, and robots.

**Habilidades e experiências desejáveis** Desirable background and experiences that would be advantageous ("plus") for the candidate include:

  • Advanced Education: A master's degree or higher in engineering, robotics, automation, or a related field.

  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications from manufacturers like Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA.

  • Systems/Technical Knowledge: Expertise in advanced robotics programming languages (e.g., C++, Python), experience with industrial automation software (e.g., Siemens PLCs, Allen-Bradley PLCs), and familiarity with advanced vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in sectors heavily reliant on automation, such as automotive manufacturing, electronics, or logistics, would be highly beneficial.
