The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a GIT, Senior Analyst in Brazil to join our Global Information Technology organization. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the human resources applications. The incumbent will become an “expert” for HR applications thus enabling them to become the main source of assistance to other HR users. This role will also partner with the Human Resource function, who will provide prioritization strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Provide technical process support through maintenance of process flows in HR systems such as performance, succession planning, and compensation planning (e.g. import company goals, update annual budgets, update system enabled guidelines, etc.).

  • Participate in the review of new functionality for each system release and in the implementation and testing of the release

  • Manage and coordinate SIngle Sign On (SSO) for application system security

  • Partner with vendors on data accuracy, troubleshooting and business process changes

  • Maintain business process documentation

Minimum requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology and related fields.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of Analyst experience

  • Project Management experience.

  • SAP Success Factor knowladge.

  • Advanced English.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Broad knowledge of HR business processes and supporting systems and services

  • SAP SuccessFactors experience helpful

  • Experience with Payroll and Time and Attendance applications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
